简介:总则及一般规定除按GB1467-78执行外,根据锰矿石的特点补充以下规定: 同一元素同一范围列有二个方法者,仲裁分析时由于采用方法不同而发生争议,则以第一法分析结果为准。 分析时一律称取空气风干的试样;与测定同时称取试样测定湿存水的百分含量(A)。计算分析元素结果时,应将所得结果(百分含量)乘以换算系数(K),即为完全干燥试样中所分析元素(组分)的百分含量。换算系数(K)=100/100-A 试样粒度需通过150~200筛目。

It is assumed that all who use these procedures will be trained analysts capable of performing common laboratory procedures skillfully and safely. It is expected that work will be performed in a properly equipped laboratory and that proper waste disposal procedures will be followed. Appropriate quality control practices must be followed such as those described in Guide E882.1.1 This test method covers the determination of silica in iron ores, iron ore concentrates and agglomerates, and manganese ore in the concentration range from 0.5 % to 15 %. 1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
