GB/T 11140-2008 石油产品硫含量的测定.波长色散X射线荧光光谱法
简介：1.1本标准规定了单相及室温条件下液态的、适当加热呈液态的或者可溶于烃类溶剂的石油和石油产品总硫含量的测定方法。本标准适用于测定柴油、喷气燃料、煤油、其他馏分油、石脑油、渣油、润滑油基础油、液压油、原油、车用汽油、含醇汽油和生物柴油。1.2用ASTM D6259统计过程计算出本标准的合并测定极限值为3 mg／kg。1.2.1对于一台特定的实验室仪器，其测定极限值和精密度取决于仪器的x射线管的功率(低或高功率)、样品的类型以及实验室对此方法的具体操作。1.3对于硫含量超过4．6％(质量分数)的样品可以通过对样品的稀释，使其硫含量达到本标准的适用范围。稀释后样品测定结果会比第14章提到的未稀释样品测定结果的误差高。1.4挥发性样品(如高蒸气压汽油或轻质烃类)因为分析期间轻质组分的选择性损失,可能不符合本标准的精密度。1.5本标准的一个基本假定,是标准样品与待测样品的基体物质非常匹配或如12.2中所说明的基体物质的不同。标准样品与待测样品之间碳氢质量比的差异或存在其他干扰元素或物质(见表1),会造成基体物质的不匹配。1.6本标准采用SI国际单位制单位。1.7本标准只对某些与试验过程有关的特殊危险予以说明,而没有提及所有的安全问题。因此，用户在使用本标准之前应建立适当的安全和防护措施,并制定相应的管理制度。

简介：ISO 11140-4:2007 specifies the performance for a Class 2 indicator to be used as an alternative to the Bowie and Dick-type test for steam sterilizers for wrapped health care goods (instruments, etc. and porous loads).An indicator complying with ISO 11140-4:2007 incorporates a specified material which is used as a test load. This test load may, or may not, be re-usable. ISO 11140-4:2007 does not specify requirements for the test load, but specifies the performance of the indicator in combination with the test load with which it is intended to be used. The indicator specified in ISO 11140-4:2007 is intended to identify poor steam penetration but does not necessarily indicate the cause of this poor steam penetration.This part of ISO 11140-4:2007 does not include test methods to establish the suitability of these indicators for use in sterilizers in which the air removal stage does not include evacuation below atmospheric pressure.
