Spectral mismatch, which is calculated using these four spectral quantities, is a quantitative measure of the error in the measured short-circuit current and can be used to correct photovoltaic performance data. 1.2 The spectral mismatch parameter is intended for use with linear photovoltaic devices. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use.
