简介:本标准规定了用多维气相色谱技术测定轻质石油馏分和产品中烃族组成和苯含量的试验方法。本标准适用于终馏点不高于215℃的轻质石油馏分或产品如汽油调合组分、溶剂油、汽油产品等中的烃族组成和苯含量的测定。测定浓度范围烯烃体积分数(或质量分数)为0.5%~70%、芳烃体积分数(或质量分数)为1%~80%,苯体积分数(或质量分数)为0.2%~10%。对馏程符合本标准要求、由其他非常规原油如页岩或油砂加工得到的汽油产品或由非石油矿物燃料合成加工的烃类燃料如费托合成油等本方法也同样适用。超出含量范围的样品本方法也可测定,但没有给出精密度数据。对车用汽油,为改善汽油产品性能或其他目的,常含有醚类或醇类含氧化合物组分,也可能有多种含氧化合物组分共存,此时样品中的醚类化合物会随烯烃组分一起出峰,醇类化合物则随C 芳烃组分一起出峰。对于含有含氧化合物的汽油样品,用相关试验方法(如SH/T 0663)测定其中的含氧化合物类型和含量,并参照附录A的步骤对烃族组成结果进行必要校正后,适用于本标准。本标准不适用于测定除苯外的各烃族中的单体组分含量。

The oxygenates that are analyzed are: methyl-tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), ethyl-tertiary butyl ether (ETBE), diisopropyl ether (DIPE), methanol, tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME), n-propanol, i-propanol, n-butanol, i-butanol, tert-butyl alcohol, sec-butyl alcohol, and tert-pentanol. Ethanol is usually not measured as a trace oxygenate since ethanol can be used as the main oxygenate compound in finished automotive spark-ignition fuels such as reformulated automotive spark-ignition fuels. The concentration range of the oxygenates covered in the ILS study was from 10 x00b5;g/Kg to 2000 x00b5;g/Kg. In addition this method is also suitable for the measurement of the C5 isomeric alcohols (2-methyl-1-butanol, 2-methyl-2-butanol) present from the fermentation of ethanol. 1.2x00a0;The ethanol blending concentration for which this test method applies ranges from 1 to 15% by volume. This test method can be used to provide such information. 1.1x00a0;This test method covers the determination of paraffins, naphthenes, and aromatics by carbon number in low olefinic hydrocarbon streams having final boiling points of 200 x00b0;C or less. Hydrocarbons with boiling points greater than 200 x00b0;C and less than 270 x00b0;C are reported as a single group. Olefins, if present, are hydrogenated and the resultant saturates are included in the paraffin and naphthene distribution. Aromatics boiling at C9 and above are reported as a single aromatic group. 1.2x00a0;This test method is not intended to determine individual components except for benzene and toluene that are the only C6 and C7 aromatics, respectively, and cyclopentane that is the only C5 naphthene. The lower limit of detection for a single hydrocarbon component or group is 0.05 % by mass. 1.3x00a0;This test method is applicable to hydrocarbon mixtures including virgin, catalytically converted, thermally converted, alkylated and blended naphtha. 1.4x00a0;The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. 简介:5.1x00a0;The test method allows the quantitation of chemical species at low levels in marine fuel oils and cutter stocks. A great many types and concentrations of chemical species are found in marine fuel oils. A root cause relationship between the presence of such species or their concentration in fuels and any failure modes allegedly induced by the use of these fuels has not been established. This method is necessary to establish test conditions required for future ISO 8217:2010 Petroleum products- Fuels (class F)-Specifications of marine fuel oils as defined in section 5.5 and Annex B item (d). Additional compounds may be determined by using the same conditions and by selecting required mass spectral selected ions, accordingly. 1.1x00a0;This test method covers the quantitative determination of a variety of chemical species in marine fuel oil (bunker fuel oil) by gas chromatography x2013; mass spectrometry.
